What a fantastic spot! We loved the cozy vibe, amazing breakfast options, and how comfortable the suites were for our family. The communal area was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ facilities were an awesome bonus for a chilled evening, though we found the Mexican restaurant didn’t quite meet our expectations. 🌟.

Everything was simply very comfortable. The property was modern with very amiable staff. The room was very large, very big bed. And it had garden view which is a plus. The location of the hotel was comfortable, walking distance to a convenience shop and supermarkets. By the way, a hiking trail and a ski slope were walking distance to the place.

everything was very easy, magnificent location short walk to convenience store and the ski slopes and ski lifts or train station, attentive staff. we enjoyed rooms with clean n great staffs. the breakfast was warm, the check in was smooth. besides, free parking onsite was very welcome.

Wadano Gateway Suites & Apartments in Hakuba is a lovely place to stay. the apartment was clean and we absolutely loved it. the staff were fabulously friendly and provided excellent service. the location is ideal, just a nice 15-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient spot for visitors.

Well furnished and large room with a mountain view. Coffee/tea making equipment, dining area, and seating area provided. Unbeatable location for visiting Hakuba Happo-One, around a 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Variety of food choices available within a short distance from the accommodation.

Had a studio apartment with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. Loved that there were coffee and tea making tools, a fridge, and even an oven. 😊 The spot was awesome - super convenient to get to Tsugaike.

The location of this modern and incredibly beautiful venue was UNBEATABLE, close to the ski lift and bus terminal. The staff were attentive and the hotel was fairly clean. Additionally, it was conveniently situated next to the ski lifts and train station.
